Item Out of Stock?
Here's how to set up a notification to let you know when we get it back in stock.
By adding your email address it helps us when we are placing orders with suppliers.

Be Notified
If a product is Sold Out, you will not be able to buy it. Instead, a button will appear under the Price that says "Notify Me When Available"
Click the black button to add your email and help us plan our stock re-ordering

Sign Up
When you click the black button, this will pop up.
Type your email address (ensuring you spell it correctly) and click the blue button.
You will now be notified by email, immediately when this product is restocked.
What Happens Next?
When the product comes back into stock, you will receive an email automatically notifying you.
The email will contain a direct link to the product which you can click then Add to Cart as normal.
FAQ
Will the product be put aside for me?
No. This is simply an email to notify you when the product comes back into stock.
It won't be put aside or saved for you, and you can choose to ignore the notification if you do not wish to purchase any more.
Can I reserve a product?
Not at this time.
The only way to ensure a product is yours is to purchase it when it comes into stock.

Why does it say Sold Out again?
If you clicked an email notifying you that an item is back in stock, and the product is showing as Sold Out it is most likely that there was a high demand for that product and all the new stock has all sold quickly.
Will I be first in line?
No. The automated notification is sent to everyone who has signed up, at the same time. If you don't see the email until a later time, there is a chance the product could sell out.
To avoid our emails going to your Spam folder, add this email to your contacts in your email system - enquiry@q-store.com.au

I just put in an order, can I do another one and have them shipped together?
It depends whether we have already dispatched the original order.
If you put in two orders close together, you will need to pay for postage again, but if you add a comment into the Notes section in the Cart we can check.
Put a comment like "Please send with my earlier order" and if we are able to combine them we will refund one of the shipping costs to you.
Currently the days we dispatch are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
