Shipping policy

Due to Australia Post limitations, the maximum weight for each order is 20kg. Orders over this weight limit will have to be placed in two separate orders. For heavy items please contact us directly to discuss shipping. Expensive and/or fragile items will only be shipped via registered post with adequate insurance.

Due to Australian regulations, we are restricted to shipping all projectiles to customers located in Australia only. For customers in Western Australia, please put a licensed dealer as your shipping address to receive projectiles on your behalf.

Dangerous goods including powders, solvents and primers cannot be shipped and are therefore only available to pick up from the Q-Store in Brisbane. You can still purchase online, select Pick Up at the checkout and we will email you when they're ready to collect. Our Store address is 1485 Old Cleveland Road, Belmont QLD.

We are not liable for any damage received in transit. While we are generally very accommodating, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for purchases where the customer has changed their mind.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss shipping and returns.

International Orders: all customers from outside of Australia will be liable for any duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival into your country. We don't accept orders returned based on unpaid fees. Please check with your own Customs Department, as every country is different, and we cannot advise or estimate the amount.
