QRA Members
As a paid member of the QRA, you receive a discount on products when shopping on the Q-store online store.
The discount is 8% on all items except the following:
- Scopes
- Firearms
- Gift Cards
- Annealing Machines
The code does not apply to shipping charges.
One of our staff has set up your email address to access the discount, please follow the instructions on the following pages.
Shopping online allows you to shop from our full range of products, many of which are unavailable in the physical Q-Store at Belmont. We have a separate warehouse where the full range is stored and website orders are picked from, and can then be transferred to the Q-Store for Pick up if you choose that option.

Your discount code is member
Use the code at the checkout on our website www.q-store.com.au
There is a field that says "Discount code or gift card" and that's where you enter it.
It is not case-sensitive (‘MEMBER’ will work also). Once you put in the code, the discount will be applied to all qualifying items in your checkout and the new discounted total will show.
This code is for your use only and is a benefit of being a member of a club. We will conduct regular audits on who is using the discount code. Please use these instructions to guide your online shopping and how to obtain your discount.
At the checkout, type the word member in the discount code field, then click Apply
Don't add the code at the Cart.

FAQ
Do I get the discount in-store?
Yes, the in-store discount is 7.5% - please bring your QRA member card and show us when making a purchase
What if the code doesn't work?
The code is member
It is not case sensitive. Ensure there's no spaces before or after
First, check that you are using the same email address that you signed up to the QRA club with. We link our databases and they must match.
Then check you are using the code in the right section. It should be the very last page where you enter your address and payment details. Look for the list of products and the discount code field will be underneath that.

Why are only some items showing a discount?
The following items are not eligible for discounts:
- Annealing machines
- Scopes
- Firearms
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Fees
Occasionally some products slip through the discount setup - please contact us by email and we will check to ensure it has been set up correctly.

Can my friend use my discount?
No, the discount is a benefit of membership and should only be used by members.
You must use the email address you put when you signed up to your club.
Do members get any other benefits?
Absolutely!
Throughout the year we may offer early access for sales for members, additional discounts on sale items and other benefits
I don't want to receive emails anymore, can I unsubscribe?
Yes, of course. We don't want to fill your inbox with emails you don't read!
At the bottom of every email there is a link that says unsubscribe, simply click that and we'll remove you from the list.
You will still be in our system to allow the discount code to work, and you will still receive emailes relating to purchases you make (order confirmation, dispatch and tracking information. These are known as Transactional Emails)
