21st Century - Expander Mandrels (Stainless Steel)

21st Century Innovation Expander Mandrels when used with the Expander Die Body will expand the case neck for proper fit on the turning arbor. Precision CNC machined from high grade stainless steel.

21st Century Expander Mandrels and Arbors are designed for proper fit in the 21st Century die bodies. While these may work in most Sinclair and PMA die bodies we cannot guarantee proper fitment in those bodies.

Our caliber specific expander mandrels are available in .0005” increments in calibers 22 to 338 and will range from .001” above bullet diameter to at least .003” below bullet diameter depending on caliber. This will allow the reloader to find proper neck tension to fine-tune their loads. The oversized expanders will also help straighten necks prior to sizing to improve concentricity. We recommend our Moly Dry Neck Lube for use with our expander mandrels

These are sized .0008" (+/- .0002") below bullet diameter.

Due to Australia Post limitations, the maximum weight for each order is 20kg. Orders over this weight limit will have to be placed in two separate orders. For heavy items please contact us directly to discuss shipping.

Expensive and/or fragile items will only be shipped via registered post with adequate insurance.

Due to Australian regulations we are restricted to shipping all projectiles to customers located in Australia only.

Dangerous goods including powders, solvents and primers cannot be shipped and MUST be collected from the QStore.
