RCBS - Precision Mic

The Precision Mic is an invaluable tool for handloaders who want to achieve safe, accurate loads that will extend the life of rifle brass. With just a few twists, the Precision Mic allows reloaders to determine chamber headspace and bullet seating depth to an accuracy of 0.001 inch. Its precise readings and ability to extend the life of rifle brass make it an excellent investment for anyone who takes reloading seriously.

The Precision Mic measures from the datum point on the case shoulder to the base, giving reloaders precise readings that are in line with SAAMI tolerances. This level of accuracy is crucial for achieving consistent and safe loads, as it ensures that brass is not only properly sized, but also correctly seated.

In addition to helping reloaders ensure that their loads are safe and accurate, the Precision Mic can also help extend the life of rifle brass. By accurately measuring headspace and bullet seating depth, reloaders can adjust their reloading process to ensure that brass is not overworked and that it lasts for as many reloading cycles as possible.
